Return Policy
Within 30 days of purchase, any product can be returned for a 100% refund, excluding shipping costs. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on products that were purchased with "free shipping" included and returned after the 30 day timeframe. No returns will be accepted after 60 days. There will be no restocking fees on other products, except when a product is returned used or with missing or damaged parts.

The Return Process
In order to return any Product, You must first call us at 757-558-8840 or email us at customerservice@ptrailerusa.com for an RGA number. The RGA number must be placed on or inside the return package. It is your responsibility to ship the product back to Portsmouth Trailer Supply, Inc. at your expense. It is recommended that you insure and/or track the return package in order to provide proof of delivery.

Prompt Refund
Portsmouth Trailer Supply, Inc. will issue a credit to your account within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Portsmouth Trailer Supply, Inc. will notify you of the refund via email, so please be sure to provide us with a valid email address. All shipping and handling costs and applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the credit.

Missing or Damaged Parts
If you receive your product with any damaged or missing parts, You will have up to 5 days to from the time you receive the order to report the problem to Portsmouth Trailer Supply, Inc. by calling 757-487-2934 or emailing customerservice@ptrailerusa.com. We will only ship out one shipment to you for missing or damaged parts, so be sure to note all missing or damaged parts before contacting Portsmouth Trailer Supply, Inc.
